Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. In order to process you transaction efficiently, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, you order will be delayed for further verification.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to issue a refund, less shipping and handling. Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item's within 14 days. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Please allow an additional 7-14 days for your refund to be applied to you original method of payment. Return items can also be exchanged for anything available on our website. Any items returned after 30 days are not acceptable, and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Once the package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we estimate 7-10 business days. But since we do not have any control over the package, we cannot make any guarantees of the actual delivery date and or delays caused by the shipping carrier, More than 15 days no received you can email us with your order number or tracking number, we will check it for you about the package status or resend again.

Any items that are damaged, or used cannot be accepted for refund or exchange for any other items.
